Eshra Constantine
Constantine, Algeria
Superior school of hotels business and restoration of Algiers_PROJECT

Concept and executive drawings of integrated project of a

rchitecture, structures, interior design, systems of technical installation.

The ESHRA of Constantine is, after the one in Oran, the second branch of the hotel school of Algiers connected to the Hotel and Hospitality Management School of Lausanne. The design scheme identified by FABRIS&PARTNERS studio follows the one already drawn up for Oran site, but adapted to the shape of the sloping terrain. In this way it was possible to create different entries and clearly separate the functions of the 3 blocks, structurally independent but functionally connected to each other. The block intended for housing is the most upstream, followed by the block for catering and receptions, where the majestic main entrance is also located. At the bottom is located the building dedicated to teaching. For a matter of “brand”, the façade re-proposes the same covering as the branch in Oran. This is a further demonstration of the country’s willingness to open up to international standards to become one of the new future tourist destinations worldwide.
